These katanakake (sword stand) are considered pieces of furniture that anyone would be proud to prominently display their prized weapons. Each stand is constructed using a 1 ¼ inch solid granite base and red oak support arms with a hand rubbed Tung oil finish. The arms have a 45 degree notch that will hold a Jo, Bokken or Katana securely. Since the wood and stone are natural products, each piece is distinct and unique.
