The Blind Squirrel Dojo was founded in the fall of 2006 by Sensei Joe Timpone in conjunction with Cleveland Aikikai. There are four scheduled class session a week. Each session consists of two one hour classes. You may attend one, or both classes at your discretion. Since the dojo does not have a beginners course, classes are adjusted and speical attention given to accomodate new students. In addition to Aikido, when weather permits, we also practice Tameshigiri (cutting targets with live blades) and Kyudo (Japanese archery). Both of which are integral to the spirit and form of Aikido. The dojo is located in the Asian Martial Arts complex at 3267 Pearl Road in Medina, OH. Please feel welcome to come watch or attend any of the classes.
